Albany Residents Directory is a privately run reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections concerning people who live or have lived in Albany, New York. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including a credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decision
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish site content
- Disrupt the service or compromise its security
3. No Consumer Reports
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Neither site information nor results from a linked tool are consumer reports.
